The service has always been real good, but I did not know that they close at 5 on Sunday and when I went to get a hair cut the employees were rude and They could of been a little bit more respectful and could of said we sorry but we are closed for the day..I am a person and I would of unstood ...

I walked into a greatclips for the first time today. Caitlin clipped my hair and make me feel like she knows what she's doing. The service was on point and she knew how to treat my hair so it can be styled. Asking questions to understand managing my hair type to what types of gel I should really be using. Ive never had someone make me feel like it was what they specialize in like that. Wow. Thank you.

We had a great overall experience, the receptionist are both very helpful and my sons haircut was great!
