Pretty upset with the mouth on the manager of the store. As we waited, a couple people waiting walked out(just to grab something out of their car but she didn’t know that). She loudly talked about how they need to download the app if they want to get their haircut. And then proceeded to tell her client that if they walk in and then walk out, They shouldn’t come back. I’m glad my son didn’t get her as his stylist. I’m sad he had to witness such negativity towards clients. Those comments should have been kept to herself.

Came in today to get my 2-year-old son his first big boy hair cut. He has sensory problems and was scared with getting the buzzer on his hair and was crying. The manager Cassie was saying his crying was against their policy and wanted us gone. We went to the bathroom to calm him down and wash his hands. Cassie was on the floor openly bad mouthing about my son while my husband overheard. Her and another associate then glared at my husband. I am beyond MAD on how they treated my son. Our hair stylist was Clint and he was amazing. He kept helping my son to be relaxed as much as he could. It came to the point Clint stood up my son. I am angry and embarrassed about Cassie and the other woman associate on how they treated my family today. This is not acceptable. Thank you again to Clint for treating us like people.

I’ve been going to Caitlyn for 3 months now and she honestly does the best haircut I have seen and I am happy every time. If you want a haircut done right, go to her!
